| Seeking an HP Exstream Dialogue programmer with experience in Design Development Implementation Testing and support of FinancialRetirement based Applications This job opportunity is full time located in our National Telecommunications and Conference Center in Boca Raton Florida Candidates must live within a reasonable distance of Boca Raton or be willing to relocate We will not be offering any type of sponsorship for work authorization MUTUAL OF AMERICA is a financial services company headquartered in New York City with over 12 billion in assets celebrating over 65 years in business Since 1945 Americans have turned to Mutual of America to help plan for their retirement and meet their longterm financial objectives Today as in the past Mutual of America remains financially strong and continues to be rated among the strongest life insurance companies in the industry by the major independent rating agencies Fitch (AA Very Strong) Standard Poors (AA Very Strong) and AM Best Co (A+ Superior) We deliver retirement savings products and services to both small and midsize group organizations and their employees We are a company that unwaveringly stands by our commitments to our customers our employees and the larger community in which we live We never lose sight of the needs of the people who depend on us every day to help safeguard their retirement savings From our investment philosophy to our dedication to providing personal service our Mission is to help individuals preserve and grow their assets for their future financial security Customer service is one of our highest priorities technology helps us achieve it Job ResponsibilitiesHP Exstream Dialogue Strong understanding of Dialogue concepts CSV and Columnar data files XML a plus Driver Reference Init and report files Sectioned data and Section documents Complex tables including section tables Functions formulas and rules Working knowledge of PDF and Postscript print streams PDF pass thru Tiff and JPG import Previous experience in the printing industry is a plus Mainframe (CobolJCL) Preferred but not required Code test debug implement and document highly complex programs Develop complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs Design systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs Prepare detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code and technical documentation Gather information from existing systems analyze programs and time requirements Basic Qualifications Two to four years of experience with HP Exstream Dialogue composition tool HP Exstream Administration experience preferred but not required Bachelors degree in computer science or related field preferred Experience working with relational database to facilitate programming software Other Qualifications Strong skills in Document creation Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills for design creation and testing of programs Good interpersonal skills to interact with team members Good communication skills to work effectively with team members support personnel and user communities Ability to work as part of a team and also independently COMPENSATION Our competitive compensation plan offers a base salary plus annual bonus earning potential targeted at 15 of base salary up to 225 of base salary BENEFITS Our exceptional benefits program starts on the first day of employment MedicalDentalVision Flexible Spending Accounts Pension Plan 401(k) Plan with company match Life Insurance 18 annual vacation days 9 companypaid holidays and more APPLY Online or email resume to FL_CareersMutualofamericacom |
