Demonstrates expertise with, and/or a proven record of success in a role leading efforts emphasizing, the design and development of Next Generation Converged Data Center Infrastructure; Unified Fabric; Virtualization; Orchestration; Security; and Cloud and Data Center solutions, strategies and transformations.
Demonstrates expertise with, and/or a proven record of success in a role involving the, leading of client-facing business development, engagement delivery, practice development and thought leadership. This includes identifying and addressing client needs: communicating a broad range of Firm services and managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Demonstrated expertise with, and/or a proven record of success in a role emphasizing, leadership, including the building of large teams and creating of a positive work environment by the development of new opportunities, successful delivery of engagements, the monitoring of organizational health, and the driving of thought leadership.
Demonstrates expertise with, and/or a proven record of success in a role leading efforts and leveraging knowledge related to, Data Center Converged Infrastructure, Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Networking, Unified fabrics, Security, Automation and/or Orchestration, Cloud and Application layer solutions with a clear understanding of how an IT organization capitalizes upon technology to enable the business.
Demonstrated expertise with, and/or a proven record of success in a role emphasizing, IT strategy, architecture, engineering, operations, policy/processes/ standards, organizational design, governance, change management, enabling technology, and program delivery.
A completed and obtained Masters degree
Demonstrates expert-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with managing projects related to IT Strategy, Architecture, operations and transformation experience around next generation data centers. This includes architectural design and implementation experience with major networking, storage, compute and security vendors, with a level of exposure to project management, ITIL/ITSM, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery and engagement analysis.
Demonstrates expert-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing client needs, including: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Demonstrates expert-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a practice leader and team leader, including: enabling teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
