DuPont Pioneer is seeking a Senior Software Developer to analyze, design, develop, test, document, and implement new or modify existing software to meet ongoing software development needs. This position will provide in-depth technical and\or business knowledge to handle complex issues. Ensure software meets business requirements, follows development standards, and maintains data integrity. Work with product owner and other team members to design and develop software applications, data structures, and processes to meet the designated needs. Follow established processes for the software development life cycle with an iterative approach to delivering software. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 4-6 years of related experience required; or equivalent levels of relevant education and experience. May have Masters degree but not required. Experience developing with C# .Net and Windows Forms or WPF required. Experience with relational databases and SQL a plus. Experience with Geographical Information Systems a plus. Experience with Scrum and/or Agile a plus. Experience with large, complex relational databases and query optimization a plus. Experience understanding and developing analytical algorithms. Knowledge of object-oriented languages such as C#, C , Python, Java, or Ruby.
