| MagTek Inc 40 years a leading manufacturer of payment card equipment is launching NEW cloudbased services and products that are reshaping the payments business Initially focused on the emerging mobile payments space (we built SpotPay for Fiserv see Press Release here httpnewsroomfiservcomreleasedetailcfmreleaseid705859 we are looking for experts in the fields of mobile APPs (iOS Android) cloud computing and web services If you are an outstanding engineer who thrives in a fast paced and growing startup environment we need to talk Under limited supervision the Quality Assurance Engineer will describe product functionality in complete Regression Test Procedures execute them in the lab and work with engineering to resolve outstanding issues This position will be a part of MagTekrsquos Magensa Business Unit RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Design develop and execute a complete System Load Test work with IT troubleshooting production performance issues by simulating them in the lab and work with engineering to resolve outstanding issues Contribute to setting priorities establishing milestones and deadlines for product releases Be proficient in a wide range of technologies used by the Magensa Business Unit Must have flexibility when dealing with solutions to customer requirements Exhibit effective time management skills Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills Exhibit excellent organizational and analytical skills Process and complete simultaneous projects in an accurate and timely fashion Ensure compliance with management standards by enforcing Company policies and procedures state and Federal laws Must be flexible with work schedule and job requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS BS or BA in Computer Science Math or Engineering is preferred 4 to 5 years relevant experience Familiar working in a 24x7x365 SaaS company supporting high availability SLAs Familiar working in distributed datacenter architectures rack mounted equipment and DEVTESTPROD environments Familiarity with Microsoft Server 2003 and 2008 Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server 2003 and 2008 Familiarity with Microsoftrsquos Internet Information Services (IIS) Familiarity with SOAP APIs WSDLs and the testing of customer integration requirements for a SaaSweb service provider Familiarity with mobile APPs on primary market platforms which includes iPhone Andriod and Blackberry Familiarity with Microsoftrsquos Team Foundation Server (TFS) Familiarity with Alassianrsquos JIRA bug tracking tool or equivalent Familiarity with WAPT automated load testing tool or equivalent Familiarity with ipswitchrsquos WhatsUpGold performance monitoring tool or equivalent BENEFITS Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401 (k) with employer match Retirement Program Education Reimbursement Disability Insurance Life Insurance MagTek is an Equal Opportunity Employer |
