| AAA Life Insurance Company has a strong history of providing relevant and reliable life insurance products to AAA Auto Club members In 2010 we celebrated over 1M policies in place and we continue to experience year over year growth that feeds both the generous incentive plans for our employees and a culture of advancement and intellectual challengeBut words on paper donrsquot mean much unless AAA Life employees have the compensation and benefit plans that meet their needs We are proud to offer employees a competitive base salary a generous annual incentive program a 401k program WITH a company match and a defined contribution pension plan In addition AAA Life pays 80 of the cost of our employeersquos health and welfare benefits And yes you do get FREE AAA Auto Club membership too Our benefit package places us in the top 25 of US companies in our industry and we work diligently to understand the needs of employees through investments in research employee training and career development We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team This role is responsible for performing such functions as analyzing designing developing authoring and implementing userfriendly Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to assist business units in making sound business decisions which in turn support the goals of the organization The ideal candidate will have a programming background and experience working with the SQL Platform C and Visual Basic strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure constantly changing environment Required Skills Exceptional analytical conceptual and problemsolving skills Strong written and oral communication ability including presentation interpersonal and teambuilding skills Able to identify and implement process efficiencies Demonstrates proactive strong customer service and relationship building skills Experience Required To qualify candidates must have Bachelorrsquos degree or equivalent required Computer Science Mathematics or related degrees a plus Minimum 2 years experience working with Microsoft Access SQL (SSRS SSIS and general SQL query concept and principles) or related database application Experience using other programming languages and platforms (C Visual Basic Java HTML etc) a plus Knowledgeable in Best Practice data warehouse methodologies data modeling and database architecture and design Experience in the life insurance industry is preferred AAA Life Insurance Company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer |
