| We are looking for an experienced ASP.NET/C#/SQL Server Developer to play a big part on a small team and help drive the explosive growth of an emerging leader in the Financial Industry. This Developer will work in a fast paced, result driven Microsoft centric environment and be responsible for building various modules as well as complete applications, and be involved in numerous system integration efforts using Scheme, ASP.NET, a small amount of PHP. The candidate will also work directly with business clients to gather requirements and to provide support for existing systems. The position will require a large amount of support to a third party application customizable in Scheme. Candidates should have at least 1 -2 years of experience interpreting requirements, developing applications, and working with customers to deliver solutions. A good understanding application design, data modeling, automated testing, and change control experience are all highly desirable. All candidates must be able to effectively communicate with other team members, managers, and customers both verbally, and in writing. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Object Oriented Programming concepts and system development lifecycle. This experience will include modeling, designing, coding, unit, integration and regression testing, debugging and deployment. Candidates with web UI/creative graphics experience will be given preference. Candidate with an understanding of the mortgage process is highly desired. This position will report directly to the Manger of Application Development, will assist in the technical design of the project and will develop against the approved design, with limited oversight.
