| We are looking for talented Technical Support Analysts interested in a challenging and diverse role in a team of like-minded enthusiastic people with strong technical and customer service skills. This is an entry levle role, and requires no previous experience (internships would be ideal). You will be mentored by more experienced team members, and grow within the trading world. POSITION SUMMARY: Handling all technical aspects related to support and configuration in the electronic trading software environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Interacting with traders, engineers, electronic trading counterparties, pricing feed vendors to efficiently resolve production issues. * Product installations and customization according to user needs. * Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, troubleshooting. QUALIFICATIONS: * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment. * Must be analytical, creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated. * Solid experience with MS Windows environment. * Knowledge and experience with some scripting language is a plus. * Knowledge of financial trading industry is a plus. |
