Position/Program Requirements Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates thorough consulting experience with leading clients through significant business transformation and organizational PeopleSoft ERP change management initiatives within the healthcare industry, which includes a thorough knowledge of the following: Analyzing and delivering solutions to common issues facing clients in the healthcare industry Assessing, designing, constructing, and implementing transformation initiatives within PeopleSoft ERP environments 9.1 and 9.0 Leveraging and/or utilizing one or more of the following PeopleSoft major product suites in life-cycle transformations: Core HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, CRM Leading efforts to at least two or more full life-cycle implementations of PeopleSoft ERP projects, which include the following: Setting business objectives; Gathering business requirements; Evaluating software vendors; Performing fit/gap analyses; Setting up and configuring systems; Executing testing and training plans; Assisting in the creation of training materials; and/or, Supporting production cuts over procedures
Demonstrates experience as a team leader on business transformation projects that include the following: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues. Demonstrates experience identifying and addressing client needs on business transformation projects: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and participating in project economics management
Skills Preferred: Thorough ability and proven experience of at least two full life-cycle implementations to utilize PeopleSoft methodologies, tools, and templates, as well as translate business requirements into technology solutions, when engaged in business transformation projects An ability to utilize effectively written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment Proven through ability and/or direct experience with coaching and working with associates who assist with this work, providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance Proven ability and desire to travel 80% - 100% of the time on client-related matters, as assigned
