|The Technical Recruiter works closely with the Director of Recruiting, Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, Human Resources and Finance and is responsible for the effective facilitation of full life cycle recruiting and corporate compliance strategies in order to enhance corporate culture and help the company to meet its short-term and long-term staffing objectives. The Technical Recruiter will: Assist in the development and maintenance of job descriptions Identify, develop and improve sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates Source, screen and evaluate candidates; maintain secure, organized candidate data Manage and maintain data within the corporate ATS (applicant tracking system) Create and manage interview (and other employment-related) documentation Advise /consult with hiring managers on candidate selection Develop relationships with candidates; manage candidate communications Manage third-party staffing firms (as directed) Negotiate and close job offers Develop and maintain talent pipelines Perform reference checks; vet candidate background information Provide on-going support to other members of the recruiting team Assist the Director of Recruiting with additional recruiting activities Maintain industry/technical knowledge base and facilitate/maintain industry relationships Demonstrate commitment to providing customer-focused quality service Support assigned systems with on-call availability and respond within agreed upon timeframes Perform other relevant duties based upon experience Seven (7) to ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in technical recruiting Three (3) or more years of proven experience using Internet Recruiting best practices Three (3) or more years of proven experience using applicant tracking systems Proven ability to take direction and complete tasks individually and collaboratively Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to interface with all levels of management and staff Strong understanding of consulting services/ professional services business model Clear understanding of the labor rules and regulations that govern recruiting Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources Interpersonal Communication Time Management Scheduling Interviewing Organization Detail-oriented Building Rapport Self-motivated Team-focused Collaboration Negotiation Decision-making|
