Working with a team of 10-12, maintain portfolio of Customer Access projects in the Commerce and Revenue Platform applications. Responsible for the project slate - scope, schedules, spend. Resource leveling across projects, prioritization within the portfolio, stakeholder manager, executive reporting. The Commerce and Revenue Platforms comprise the Dow Jones ecommerce engine, billing, order/purchase, catalog, provisioning, entitlements, contact center and web self service applications Customer Access within this area has a goal of providing a single view of our customer. This includes projects clean up our login and password processes, allow single sign on to all projects, allow login through third-party social sites, and projects that provide frictionless registration and login for any product from any location, device, corporation, or partner. Required experience: Min 5 years experience in Project Management. PMP and Agile Experience.
