This person must work with business to understand requirements and translates them into functional specifications. This person must be analytical, and self-motivated, with good communication and interactive skills. He/she must be a team player Responsibilities Serve as a Business Analyst for the Access Program related project for Identity and Provisioning projects. Understand and create business functional requirements for Dow Jones business in the area of Identity, provisioning, SSO across various Dow Jones Content and Commerce sites. Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team. Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, and functional specification documents. Obtain sign off from business. Evaluate data collected through task analysis, business process and workshops. Communicate effectively with business and internal teams to deliver functional requirements, in working hand in hand with track PM along with the BA team. Design test scenarios and coordinate UAT with the groups of business units who test, validate, evaluate new functions and reports. Partnering with track PM to manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines Experience in Identity, Provisioning, Profile, SSO, Authorization and Authentication systems Required Skills Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and systems. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure. Ability to think analytically and problem solve. Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field from an accredited institution.
