| Requirements: Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a fulltime basis for anyone other than current employer Bachelor's Degree Minimum of*five (5) years in Energy Trading and Risk Management development and architecture Minimum of*three (3) years developing with Endur V9 or higher Demonstrates high standards of professional behaviour in dealings with business and IT colleagues Possesses strong inter-personal skills, especially in handling contacts of all types and at all levels. Capable of explaining complex technical issues in simple business terms for upward stakeholder engagement and interaction Familiar with the full range of Endur development techniques and tools and able to apply correct development tools and techniques to the problem at hand. Is able to obtain information from business analysts in face-to-face situations and make the correct development decisions based on this interaction. Has an analytical and creative approach to problem solving Comprehensive understanding of development and architecture principles and techniques. Has several full system lifecycle experiences to draw from..Takes a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail Responsibilities: Responsible for technical development of Endur application for Shell Trading in the Energy Trading and Risk Management domain Ensure application is being technically designed and developed in best way to meet functional specifications Set and monitor development standards Coach and mentor development and business analyst staff in best practices for specification development, coding, and testing Advise on overall test strategies and plans Ensure optimal performance of application to meet performance requirements Set and manage configuration management for Endur landscapes Work in an integrated fashion with connected application Architects and Developers to ensure the application is developed optimally to support the end to end application Work with Senior Support staff to define, meet, and monitor overall supportablity Actively be involved in broader Shell Architecture and Development community to share best practices and foster community Participate and advocate for Shell Trading in the Openlink Financials (OLF) community and user group Work with OLF developers and architects on best application of core and custom solutions. |
