| CPSG Partners is the fastest growing Workday Partner in the Medium Enterprise space. PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead (We will train & cert in Workday)! We are looking for candidates who have performed in a senior level role with solid functional ERP HCM experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or similar. Here at CPSG we are a Workday Certified Partner, which is the leader in cloud-based ERP solutions and is rapidly taking over market share in the industry. Training and Certification in Workday is provided. Locations: Houston or Dallas, TX Skills and knowledge needed: At least 8 to 10 years FUNCTIONAL experience in Peoplesoft HCM, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation solutions. Previous consulting experience desired. Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications is needed. Bachelor degree required Project management experience a plus Ability to travel up to 25% to 30% Responsibilities: Become an expert in the Workday HCM product suite Lead design sessions for multiple ffunctional areas Drive client business requirements Configure and Prototype the Workday solution Demonstrate Workday features to clients Work with the client and data conversion team to help convert legacy ERP data into Workday Assist integration consulting team with designing, configuring and testing both packaged and custom integrations Learn, understand and teach Workday’s Deployment Methodology Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints Help mentor new Consultants Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices Identify opportunities to position other service offerings |
