| Software Engineer Job Responsibilities: Design and implement software on XRD’s ADEPT (GEHC SPECIFIC) Test Station that provides panel and detector data acquisition and analysis capabilities. Work across the entire software development lifecycle including high-level and detailed design, software implementation, verification, and maintenance activities Author software requirements and design specifications Develop real-time and non-real-time software in C/C++, Visual Basic, windows scripting Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests to verify the design and implementation Essential Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related computer degree or 3+ years of software development experience Working knowledge of network protocols and programming Experience with software engineering tools and methodologies: C/C++ and Visual Basic programming, Perl and WScript Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting, discussing, and documenting technical information Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and across various teams Desired Skills: Understanding of Operating Systems and internals Windows drivers Direct3D Experience with software engineering tools and methodologies: version control systems, Microsoft Visual studio or similar IDEs, COM programming, defect tracking and resolutions tools, and automated testing Thanks and Regards Zeeshan Sr. Technical Recruiter MARS IT Corp 10437 Innovation Drive, Suite 115 Wauwatosa, WI 53226 Direct: 262.436.9410 FAX: (866) 361-MARS (6277) Zeeshan@marsitcorp.com [ mailto:Zeeshan@marsitcorp.com |
