Travel: This is a direct-hire, full-time, client-interfacing role within a consulting organization. Travel on a local, national or international basis may be required depending on the assigned engagement. Responsibilities: The SharePoint 2010 Consultant will have the experience to independently complete the following types of activities: Work with client end-users to complete out-of-the-box configurations that are beyond their skill set. Build workflows using out-of-the-box SharePoint 2010 functionality. Create on-line forms using InfoPath. Consolidate Excel data into views. Creation/Enhancement of Executive Dashboards. Optimize designs of high-volume sites. Establish templates so functionality can be re-used throughout our client’s environment. Requirements: Candidates should also: reside in the Dallas, Texas area. have 3-5 years of experience working with SharePoint, and possess a strong .net development background. be experienced working across multiple organizational levels, up to Director level. be well organized and self-directed. possess excellent communications skills (verbal, written, presentation). have Automotive Industry experience, although this is helpful, but not required. Please note: Existing authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis is required. Travel is an inherent part of this position.
