| Please submit through this posting for immediate consideration Knowledge Skills and Abilities Preferred Bachelorrsquos or Masterrsquos Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or other related field Experience working with health care information systems andor knowledge of business processes in the medical field and county health departments Required Bachelorrsquos degree or equivalent in experience Contractors will be required to complete this work on site at DOH 5+ years of customer support experience Demonstrated knowledge of database structures and design Demonstrated ability to write SQL queries to find specific data Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and development staff Experience performing business process analysis Demonstrated ability to perform the translation of business process requirements into technical requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business analysts technical staff and subject matter experts Experience gathering and documenting user requirements Ability to validate user requirements provide written test plans and coordinate testing activities Demonstrated ability to produce business andor technical documentation related to the requirements specifications traceability matrices design process and data flow diagrams data migration data modeling testing and training Demonstrated experience with the testing of webbased applications Thanks Optimum Software Solutions Inc Tallahassee FL |
