TD Bank is on the hunt for experienced mortgage professionals. It's looking to hire 75 employees for its Lexington, South Carolina mortgage operations center.
It expects to fill close to 50 jobs in the coming weeks across all areas of expertise. The bank is looking for processors, underwriters, closers and operations staff. Next year, the team will merge with the employees from Carolina First, bringing the total number TD mortgage pros in the region to 75.
"Over the past two years, our residential mortgage business has doubled and we expect this growth to continue into 2011," said Michael Copley, retail lending executive vice president, in a statement.
